About the Owner
Chatham Village Vacation Properties is a small, family owned vacation rental business founded by Edward & Kathleen Skopas. They have vacationed in Chatham for over 30 years and have always dreamed of owning their own property in this quaint and historic town. In 2012 they purchased their first property and over the ensuing years have acquired several other historic homes in Chatham. They have been highly selective and intentional in their purchase and renovation of these properties and have worked tirelessly to restore and renovate these vacation homes while retaining all their vintage charm and historic significance. Their vacation properties are dedicated to the hospitality business they have built and do not operate as a second home to them or their family. These properties are not encumbered with personal items of the owner but instead, they are decorated, furnished and supplied with their guests needs in mind. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
